RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS

Customer satisfaction stands as the highest priority at Zhenzhuous.

Our internal QC and QA teams inspect every item prior to dispatch to uphold product quality standards. Please review the product descriptions, dimensions, capacity and usage instructions on each product page before purchase.

Returning items at Zhenzhuous is simple and straightforward. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may apply for a refund. Returns must be submitted within 30 days upon delivery. All returned goods need to remain unused and undamaged, with any original labels intact and inside their original packaging.

Return-related shipping fees will be borne by the customer when returns are initiated for buyer-caused reasons. Actual freight charges are determined by your chosen courier.

If items arrive damaged or incorrect due to our error, Zhenzhuous will cover the return shipping expense, and you will not need to bear any shipping cost.

RETURN PROCESS

Reach out via support@zhenzhuous.com, specify which items you intend to return and explain your reason for return. Attach relevant photos if you are reporting quality-related defects.

Our support team will provide professional advice together with detailed step-by-step return instructions.

Send back your merchandise

Securely repack goods inside original packaging and ship via your local postal service.

Process refund or exchange

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned parcel, we will proceed with your refund or exchange in accordance with our return rules. Refunds will be completed within 7 business days after we receive your returned goods. If you have not received updates after two weeks, please email support@zhenzhuous.com.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

Returns shipped to us without prior email notification to support@zhenzhuous.com will not be accepted.
Do not use addresses printed on product parcels as your return-to address. You must obtain the valid return address from our customer service team.
We will decline refunds for parcels sent without official return authorization provided by our support staff.
Clearance items marked “Clearance” on collection pages or product titles are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Returns, refunds or exchanges within 30 days after receipt are permitted for the below-listed scenarios:

(1) Goods arrive defective, broken or soiled upon delivery;
(2) Items are delivered in wrong size or wrong color;
(3) Unused merchandise that fails to meet your expectations within the 30-day return window.

Please email our support center at support@zhenzhuous.com promptly if you encounter any of the above-mentioned situations. Should you simply no longer want the item, you may submit your request within 30 days of delivery to apply for partial product-cost refund.

NON-RETURNABLE GOODS

Return applications will be rejected under the following circumstances:

Requests submitted outside the 30-day return eligibility period;
Merchandise that has been used or improperly handled;
Sale-priced goods are excluded from return coverage;
Clearance-range products cannot be returned or exchanged.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You must submit your return application to us within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Returned products have to stay unused and kept inside original packaging. We cannot accept items that show signs of use, damage or any form of alteration.
Do not send parcels back without assessment and formal approval from our return-support staff. Always confirm return procedures with our team first.
Refunds will be triggered once we receive and inspect returned merchandise. Zhenzhuous will not reimburse any fees not directly payable to https://zhenzhuous.com. This covers import customs duties, VAT taxes and return shipping expenses incurred by customers. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and a confirmation email will be sent once processing finishes.
We do not accept freight-on-delivery return shipments. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please double-check your parcel contents before sending returns. Zhenzhuous bears no responsibility for items mistakenly not included inside return parcels.

RETURN SHIPPING EXPENSES & RETURN ADDRESS

Always get the official return address by contacting our after-sales support team.
All return-and-exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We strongly advise you to double-check product specifications and full order details before completing checkout.
Confirm actual shipping rates with your local post office. Registered airmail is our recommended cost-effective shipping option.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours after you place your order. Requests received past this window will not be approved. Cancellations are no longer available once an order has been dispatched.

Any cancellation after order submission incurs a 30 % cancellation fee calculated on total order value. This charge applies even if only a very short time has passed after checkout, covering processing fees levied by payment processors. We cannot cancel orders that have already shipped.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

All delivery timelines are estimated. Zhenzhuous is not liable for delivery delays brought by unforeseen circumstances including bad weather, courier disruptions, customer-provided address errors and holiday-related delays.

After an order has been packed or dispatched, delivery address modifications cannot be performed. Please verify your shipping address upon checkout. We take no responsibility for lost parcels caused by incomplete or inaccurate delivery information.

Once a carrier marks an order status as “delivered”, it is deemed successfully delivered, and Zhenzhuous will not be accountable for parcels lost after this status update.

We highly recommend all customers add shipping insurance at checkout. With valid shipping insurance, you may receive a full refund or free reshipment for issues arising during transit. Without shipping insurance, Zhenzhuous assumes no liability for problems occurring in the shipping process.

IMPORT ON TAXES

Import duties vary across countries and are subject to local regulatory rules. All import-related taxes are the sole obligation of the buyer, and Zhenzhuous shall not be held responsible for these charges.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Zhenzhuous has not authorized any third-party entities to conduct business on our behalf. Purchases made through unauthorized third-party channels fall outside our scope of warranty coverage.
