These Subscription & Recurring Order Terms ("Subscription Terms") govern the subscription and recurring-order services offered by zhenzhuous.com ("we," "us," "our"). By enrolling in any subscription or recurring order program, you agree to these terms in addition to our [Terms of Service] and [Privacy Policy]. If there is any conflict, these Subscription Terms control for subscription and recurring orders.
1. What a Subscription Is
A subscription lets you receive qualifying products on a recurring schedule you select at checkout (for example, every 30 days, every 60 days, or another frequency we offer). You agree to automatically purchase and pay for the products on that recurring schedule until you cancel or pause, in accordance with these terms.
2. Enrollment and Your Order
- You enroll in a subscription when you place an order using the subscription option ("Subscribe & Save") at checkout.
- Your subscription begins with an initial order. Unless you cancel or change the schedule before the next billing date, additional recurring orders will be placed automatically.
- By enrolling, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for each recurring order.
3. Pricing and Billing
- Prices: Subscription orders are billed at the price shown at checkout for each cycle, including any subscription discount applied at the time of the order.
- Billing time: Your first order is charged when you place it. Each subsequent recurring order is charged when that order is processed on its scheduled cycle.
- Taxes and fees: Applicable sales tax and any other government charges will be added as required by law.
- Price changes: We may adjust prices, discounts, or shipping charges from time to time. Where we change a price that applies to your active subscription, we will post the new price on the product page and, where feasible, provide notice. The price in effect at the time your next recurring order is processed will apply to that order.
4. Payment Methods
- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. You must maintain a valid, up-to-date payment method for your subscription to continue.
- If a payment fails (for example, an expired card or declined transaction), we will attempt to process it again. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription order may be cancelled or paused until a valid payment method is provided.
- You agree that we may store and use the payment information you provide to charge you for recurring orders.
5. Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future recurring orders; it does not refund or cancel an order that has already been charged or shipped.
- How to cancel: You may cancel by contacting our support team (see Section 10) or, if available, through the account/order management options on our site. Please allow reasonable time for your request to be processed so it takes effect before the next billing cycle.
- After cancellation, you will not be charged for future cycles, and no further recurring orders will be placed.

- You may be able to change your subscription frequency, skip an upcoming order, pause, or update the delivery address, subject to the options available in our order management flow and any applicable cutoff times.
- Changes made after an order has been processed may not apply to the upcoming order; they will apply to subsequent cycles.
7. Shipping and Fulfillment
- Recurring orders are shipped using the shipping method selected for that order. Standard shipping terms, including our free shipping threshold (currently orders of $39.99 or more), apply.
- Delivery timelines for recurring orders may vary by product availability and location. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will do our best to fulfill it on the next available cycle or contact you.
- Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery by the carrier.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Product Quality
- Recurring orders are eligible for returns and refunds in accordance with our [Return & Refund Policy], as they apply to the specific order.
- Refunds for a charged order are issued to the original payment method once the return is approved. Refunds are not automatic for recurring orders and must be requested per the return policy.
